Commercial and Retail development represents a large portion of our experience here at the Olympus Group. Having significant experience with entitlements, planning and design of various commercial and retail developments over the last 15 years enables our staff to approach your project in unique ways to present a design approach that is cost efficient and easy to build.

We understand the tight timeframes and schedules often faced by larger retailers to meet milestone deadlines for opening their doors for business. We will work closely with local agencies, sometimes combining the entitlement phase and design phase in order to accelerate the start of construction in order to meet these deadlines..



SPORTS AUTHORITY
Citrus Heights, California

This project consisted of the demolition of an existing 39,000 square foot building and construction of a 42,130 square foot Sports Authority and a new pad for a 19,250 square foot commercial building. The scope included Planning Services, Entitlements, Construction Documents, Mapping and Construction Staking for a 5 acre redevelopment within the Marketplace at Birdcage located in the City of Citrus Heights, California.
FAIR OAKS PROMENADE
Fair Oaks, California

Fair Oaks Promenade is a 10 acre infill development with over 86,200 square feet of retail and commercial shopping center anchored by a 65,400 square foot Safeway Supermarket. This project included 40,000 square feet of Permeable Paver design to store storm run-off under the parking lot, due to inadequate public facilities offsite. The scope consisted of Planning Services, Entitlements, Construction Documents, Mapping and Construction Staking.
WALGREENS
Orland, California

This project sits on a 65,775 square foot property located at the northwest corner of Newville Road and 8th Street in Orland, California. It consisted the demolition of an existing 40 unit motel and residential home, and replaced by a new 15,930 square feet Walgreens Pharmacy with drive-thru. The scope consisted of Planning Services, Entitlements, Construction Documents, Mapping and Construction Staking.
CALVINE POINTE
Elk Grove, California

Calvine Pointe is a 241,046 square foot commercial/retail shopping center on a 22.36 acre property located south of Calvine Road and west of Elk-Grove Florin Road in Elk Grove, California. The project includes 12 individual buildings anchored by Kohl's Department Store, traffic signal modifications, off-site drainage and water improvements, and over 1300 linear feet of roadway widening and frontage improvements. The scope of the project included Planning Services, Entitlements, Construction Documents and Mapping.
